Building confidence and a nice pair of legs.

Watching Emma transforming from a first time gym goer to knowing how to squat with a bar across her back. I’m very proud of Emma as she has not only implemented the habits of 4x per week training she also has the strength to stop drinking alcohol and that’s huge for her.

We started doing online training in June, we worked on implementing one habit at the time and It was like a ripple effect once seeing how her mood and energy levels had improved she was sold, stop drinking felt weird socially at first but she felt much better saying no to drinking .

Emma has gone from 83Kg to 69Kg in only 4 months.
