Gabriel has been a personal trainer since 2005 and has achieved success with hundreds of clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Gabriel is the creator of Gravity Fitness, (functional bodyweight training class), his method of training is unique as he combines capoeira, yoga and weightlifting based on the clients’ aspirations and level of fitness, the exercises are based on progressions.
